Been working with Elite permit services for almost a year on a very complicated permit with the city. Needless to say, trying to convert an old market into a restaurant facility with the city seemed virtually impossible. Being the owner of Kupros Crafthouse and converting it from Cheap thrills way back in 2010, believe me I know how difficult the process is.
Working with Kayla Hopkins allowed us to accomplish our goal. We were having difficulty at the two year mark when she stepped in. We hired her and through her shear persistence and knowledge through the process we made it through. She kept on top of things and followed through and overcame countless obstacles with all of the numerous departments and hoops that we had to get through.
We would absolutely recommend her services if you’re looking for a true miracle worker. Her experience with the permit process and organized way of handling all of the disciplines was an absolute must to get our permit. We truly couldn’t have done it without her. Hats off to Kayla as she has been truly superb.
